Use Chocho with AI

Talk through your journal with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Ask Chocho for a share link and your AI app opens with your journal, ready to go.

Chocho is now available as a connector in Claude. Connectors for ChatGPT and Meta Muse are coming soon; until then, and for Gemini or Grok, ask Chocho for a share link to use your journal with them today.

How it works

  1. Ask Chocho for a share link.
  2. Tell Chocho which app you use (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another) and how far back to go, up to 365 days.
  3. Tap the link Chocho sends. For ChatGPT and Claude, the app opens with your journal already loaded. For Gemini and others, Chocho gives you a message to paste in.

Then just ask. "How did the last month go?", "Is my sleep linked to my headaches?", or "Sum this up for my doctor's appointment."

What it looks like

You: can I get a share link?
Chocho: Sure! Which app, and how far back? e.g. ChatGPT, last 30 days
You: chatgpt, 60 days
Chocho: Here's your ChatGPT link for the last 60 days. Tap it and ChatGPT opens with your journal ready to go.

Private by design

  • Read-only. An AI app can read your journal through the link but never change it.
  • Short-lived. Every link stops working after 60 minutes. Need it again later? Just ask Chocho for a new one.
  • You're in control. Ask Chocho to close the link anytime to shut it straight away.
  • No personal details. The link never includes your name, email, phone number or account details. It shows your journal entries, daily scores and the recaps Chocho sent you, for the range you chose.
  • Keep it to yourself. Anyone with the link can read that part of your journal until it expires, so don't post or forward it.

Connectors

Chocho is now available as a connector in Claude, so you can connect once and Claude can look at your journal whenever you ask, with no links needed. Connectors for ChatGPT and Meta Muse are coming soon. Read about connectors

Questions

Who can use share links? Anyone with an active Chocho plan, including during the free trial.

Is it medical advice? No. Your journal is what you logged yourself, and nothing an AI app says about it is medical advice. Bring anything important to your doctor.

My AI says it can't open the link. Ask for a new link and try again, or tell your AI to "open this link". Some apps only fetch links in certain modes.
